Working with Culture (in English)

The session will be facilitated by Sagan Rossi, who serves on the EMCC Finland board and is an EMCC ITCA and EIA Senior Practitioner, as well as an ICF-accredited executive, team and systemic coach.

In this webinar, Sagan will explore culture as something practical, lived and observable in teamwork, leadership and coaching conversations. Participants will be introduced to cultural intelligence (CQ) and Erin Meyer’s Culture Map as reflection and dialogue tools for making invisible patterns visible.

The session is relevant for team coaches, executive and leadership coaches, mentors, and anyone working across cultural, organizational or professional boundaries. Participants will leave with concrete questions and perspectives they can use to reflect on cultural assumptions, discuss misalignment and friction, and support teams or individuals in developing shared ways of working.
