However\, reflection can feel time-consuming\, difficult to structure\, or challenging to develop into a sustained habit. AI tools like ChatGPT can assist us in streamlining reflective writing\, but their use raises important ethical\, privacy\, and accuracy concerns. \nIn this webinar\, we’ll explore how coaches can effectively use chatbots and AI writing assistants in their reflective practice. We’ll discuss key ethical considerations\, strategies for safeguarding client confidentiality\, and practical methods to structure AI-assisted reflections efficiently. For the last 20 years\, Sagan held roles in marketing\, branding\, and communications. Their previous role was the VP Marketing of a global software company headquartered in Finland. Sagan is now a professional certified executive coach through Henley School of Business\, with EIA Practitioner accreditation\, and a new deputy board member of EMCC Finland. They’re also a volunteer coach for the Herizon Community\, a Finnish nonprofit with a mission of employing international talents.
