DESCRIPTION:The Global mentoring program matches aspiring young athletes (aged 15-24) with world-class current or former champions in a nurturing\, year-long\, one-to-one relationship. Laurence Cassøe Halsted\, Director of Mentoring and EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner\, will tell us about the thoughts and values behind the program\, what the program entails\, and why a program like this is so very valuable and needed to develop young athletes. The mentor-training of the program has recently been awarded the EQA accreditation by EMCC. – The webinar will be held in Danish or English depending on the participants. \nJoin us for this inspiring look into a very well crafted and succesful mentoring-program!
